General Rules:
1. All Forum Rules Apply
2. All members most post at least once a week.
3. Do not post threads (unless you are Anamatar) without first submitting your idea to me or another council member via PM or by posting the idea in the thread entitled "Submit your thread ideas to me here"
4. If a member of higher rank tells you to do something, do it without question, I have the ranks for a reason, if someone above you tells you something then you must listen and do as you're told, if you have a major problem with what someone has told you, bring it up with myself or another Council Member.
Concerning RPG's:
1. Though this is a "Guild of Elves," all races of RP character are accepted here.
2. Keep inane banter out of all RP posts.
3. Try not to speak for other characters more than is absolutely necessary, let them play the role of their own character.
4. Do not use magic or go beyond the limit of your character's abilities, these abilities can be found in the first post of the "RP profile" thread.
5. Don't make RP's all fighting all the time, that gets repititive and boring after a while. Make characters have conversations and incorporate a real story into the RP, give your character a personality.
~It is strongly suggested, though not required, that all members take at least one RP training class in the Heren Istarion, this is to improve RP skills and quality of RP posts.
PUNISHMENTS:
1. If you do not post for one week without giving an excuse that is approved by myself or a council member in the "Excuses" thread, you will recieve a warning PM and your rank will be lowered. You get 2 warnings, and on the 3rd you will recieve a one week suspension from the Guild. If you recieve yet another 2 warnings and still you do not post for a week, then you will be excommunicated from the Guild. To put it in much simpler terms, if you do not post for 6 weeks (not including any suspensions) then you're gone.
2. The punishment for posting new threads without permission will be simple: Warning, if you do it again, then you will recieve a decrease in rank.
3. If you disobey a member of higher rank than you without good reason, then you will recieve a decrease in rank.
