It was a great wolf....really great but I am not sure how much of a warg it is...but don't ask me. really dont--I wouldn't know what a warg looked like....I've probably just seen the movie too many times.;)

Honestly I think it is all opinion on what a Warg looks like. They really just desribed them as large wolves bigger then the rest. And that is really what I was going for when I made the paws and such bigger. I wasn't going on the movie those look like Hyenas LOL.

Well... I recall the wargs being large wolves, so in that respect it's accurate, but I think that it's all open to interpretation. You certainly did a good job on it though. How long did you spend?

(And does anyone here work purely with non-technical mediums anymore? ;) besides me, that is? -- not that there's anything wrong with that. I just seem to be the only one who's never taken to technology for my art...)

I voted "good", because I love the way the fur came out, but I thought that the paws could perhaps be a little more in proportion to the Warg's body.

I imagined Wargs to just be bigger and more ferocious wolves ( not like giant hyenas in the film :p ). Although this drawing isn't a Warg, this is the only drawing I've ever done of a wolf, because I'm more a cat person.

I love the eyes you did a really good job on them. The only thing that needs alittle work is the angle of the nose. Other then that it is a really good picture.

Wow what is everyone who reads LOTRs a cat person? LOL. Gosh I must be one of the only dog persons on this site.:p

I think all I have to say is this: I think whoever said it was bad was totally, completely, and utterly WRONG. It was a great drawing. Better than half of my stuff. And I don't draw that much, so i probably only have three drawings that are better!!! :D j/k j/k!!!! Yet it is a great drawing.

A Warg IS a wolf.
Just bigger and smarter.

I like it...but it's too soft around the paws...too cartoony to be scary.

Unless you weren't going for scary.

And if it's the same drawing in your avatar the red fur bothers me...

But I like the drawing. It shows talent.

I'm a dog person! Totally and completely!! I like cats, but they just don't do it for me like mah puppies do. :) I have a Labrador and a St. Bernard..and that's about as much dog as you can get, trust me. lol! Awww, now I want to go cuddle with my doggies. :p (Don't even get me started, this is absolutely my FAVORITE subject ;) )

Well I have this thing with cartoons I was trying to go for relism but it is so hard since I have been cartooning since I could crawl...LOL.

And I made him red cuse I was fidleing with psp and happened to like him. I never planed for him to be red mind you.
