Quick! To that M. S. N. I. M. place! A quicker Horatio and Dingo conversation!

Uh, huh. No large deal from myself. Merely noting curiosities. Doobedoobedoo...

Yep. Creepy and sneaky, as I suspected. Repeated offers to help that are made in plain sight or rejected. If the Firawyn person had done it your way, would she be a moderating type? Who knows? The fact that you were a moderating type at the other place might have been a factor, too. But still. By what means is a moderator chosen?

I figure that it is primarily because the Firawyn person kept advertising herself, but somebody chose you, instead, most probably without a very well thought out reason. If there was a well thought out reason, you must be the moderator of sneakiness, or they're merely hoping that the Firawyn person will never notice. Maybe? No? Misinterpretations? Where?

Oh, no big announcement to the people? An undercover moderator? Creepiness.

I'm trying not to get left in the dust! The rest of you are hitting light speed all of a sudden. I might have to just chime in with a "I'm still alive!" post... and then get back to "All Roads," writing under the assumption that Jokim isn't in (immediate) danger.

Soap operaish? Nah, not too much. All I'll say is that if Neniel wants to try to poison Jokim, she had best finish the job! She doesn't want an angry dwarf out on her tail.

My main question is does she intend to serve the dish to Jokim herself, as the post seems to indicate? If she tries that, there's no way he touches the thing.

Thanks! I've not been in an RP like thread in a long time (other then the Fat Balrog, which has been sadly growing quiet more-and-more often). I'm not sure how much time I'll have to put into it, but I've been watching it start up and I think I like the looks of it enough to give it a shot. I guess I'm trying something newer to me with poor little Molly there. :)

Post away! Looks like Haluin's going to have to come clean on a few things. :)

Hey Chrys, if you have some ideas, feel free to expand. To be honest, I've been so hung up with work and a trip to Denver last weekend that I haven't had time to really strategize a response.

I'm thinking what would help the most is for you to begin either the scene in Haluin's room or the scene between Jokim and Neniel. I could then finish the scene you started, and preview the other one for you to complete. Works out rather nicely, doesn't it?

Thank you Chrysophalax! yes I know that C.S. Lewis is a friend of Tolkien but I never knew that he was atheist then he believed in God, I found Surprised By Joe on the internet and i'll try to read it (it is difficult to find books of Tolkien or C.S Lewis on stores in my country), thank you again for the title of the book.

Oh yeah; that’s a classic; not much depth, but great fun indeed. Yes,….have the entire collection (maybe I should shudder myself and hang my head in shame :D). I think Q was still miffed over the humiliation of becoming human and residing on the Enterprise without his powers. That wedding took place shortly after if I’m not mistaken. One of my favorite lines from the former is:

Picard: "Return that moon to its orbit!"
      Q: "I have no powers - Q the ordinary."
Picard: "Q the liar; Q the misanthrope!"
Q: "Q the miserable, Q the desperate! What must I do to convince you?"
      Worf: "Die."
Q: "Oh, very clever, Worf. Eat any good books lately?" :D

Yep, I've read them and I have to say my favourite Q book was "Q in-law". Absolutely hilarious!

Ha, I always loved Picard’s reactions to Lwaxanna. Also, I really enjoyed the love/hate relationship (more towards love in the end) that gradually developed between Picard and Q. Tapestry is a great tale, and also one of my favorite all time episodes. Also, have you ever read “The Q Continuum” trilogy by author Greg Cox? There is “Q-Space, Q-Zone, Q-Strike”. Absolutely incredible novels if you have the time; in my opinion, a MUST read ;).

Hm? Ah, well, dang. I thought that you had something in mind. Your character was hanging out in the shadows, gathering intelligence via canine evil. You wrote that everyone left the Big Rock Inn. You didn't give a reason for why they decided to leave together, so I came up with one. You wanted them out as well as about. It's time for you big entrance, I thought.
