Hello everyone, first of all, i would like to say i haven't read the books, so don't throw that at me, i want to read them but i couldn't hold my question until i read them, so here it goes.

WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED TO GALADRIEL IN DOL GULDUR WHEN SAVING GANDALF !!!

like, after she fainted and then suddenly levitating like the Grudge movie with that face and pale colors and all, i thought she's the Lady of light, of pureness , wth did she turn into ?!!?

is she like the mythological entity Hel ? were she has 2 equally opposing sides/personalities Light-Dark that she can transform between ?!

ALSO : when Galadriel successfully banishes Sauron into the east, then Sauroman jumps to say LEAVE SAURON TO ME, does the books mention if he actually HELPED Sauron since then ( hence his betrayal later in the lord of the rings trilogy ) ?

ALSOOOO : where is Celeborn in all this ? he's Galadriel's husband, why isn't he the one fighting and protecting Galadriel instead of Elrond ?! this puzzles me deeply .

feed me information please ;3 i love all about elvish lore in lotr world.

Hello Zutch! All of the Dol Guldur scenes were imagined up by Peter Jackson. The Hobbit does mention that Gandalf goes off to take care of the Necromancer, but we don't get details of what specifically occurred. The appendix mentions that he Necromancer was found to be Sauron and he was driven from Dol Guldur by the White Council, but that's it.

She doesn't have two opposing sides, she's a Noldor elf. She actually is more powerful than Celeborn. She wears one of the elvish rings so I assumed that when she went spooky, that was PJ having her draw on the power of her ring or something like that.

Forgive for any typos, I'm posting from mobile. :)

Oh thank you for the Clarifications, though am still disappointed there isn't an explanation by PJ about that scene, it looked quite intense and amazing .

but in your personal opinion, do you really think Sauroman actually helped Sauron from the beginning after he was driven away from Dol Guldur ?
