    Hello PrincessBell.

I am very sorry, but who wrote this? Some words look okay but some look like a total mess. It is written with some very weird English mode, but some of the letters used are very fishy: using the same symbol to refer to /k/ and /ch/, the illogical use of long vowels in the first word and generally, the vowels are all over the place. It must be some alternative English mode that I either simply never heard of (if that's the case, I apologise), or some wonky homemade attempt. Quick Google search for "tengwar english mode" gives all sorts of different tables saying which symbol represents which sound, but I found nothing to apply to this text.
Some general sense can be made out, but some words I couldn't figure out what in the devils they are supposed to be, so I just transcribed them as they are. Maybe you can figure it out if you know the general gist of the puzzle.

EDIT: the ?uistoin is probably question, stupid me.

I'm trying to make up a monster and give it various names/titles but i'm not entirely sure about something. Although it seems to me that you can take two (or three?) words and put them together to name someone i'm not sure if this is the case in all forms of Elvish. I'm primarily trying to figure out how to say "sad traitor" in the Oromëian dialect of Valarin, but I would please like to know how to say it in Primitive Elvish (the very first form) as well since the former it's probably not possible?. I found those two words in Sindarin and some other ones but not in the Primitive form.
