    Hi!

Does anyone play The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim?

Also, has anyone gotten the new remastered Special Edition? (You can do various mods, a lot of them Tolkien related.)

There's a mod called Skyrim: A Tale of the One Ring, where you can look for the One Ring and all the Rings of Power, and where certain characters have journals and are named after characters in Tolkien's legendarium. No quest marker, or any active quest. Just gritty detective work. I already have Narya and Vilya, (It kinda stinks that if you want them you have to steal them, but hey it's Skyrim.)

But if you want to skip all that, there's another mod where you can just pick it up in the sewer tavern under the city of Riften.

There's also a mod where you can acquire various weaponry from the movies. (I have Strider's sword.) Or have members of the fellowship join your adventures. (I like getting Strider, so you can have awesome Green Ranger clothes!)

Just a reminder, Sony is being a prude, so these mods are mostly for PC and Xbox One.

I thought since we're all crazy about Tolkien and Fantasy, I should let you all know.

    Happy Adventuring!

Nice, cool to hear! I played Skyrim and beat the main quest but didn't play a lot past that. I actually liked Oblivion more, which I played before that. I got rid of my system though. I'm probably gonna get a Switch in the future.

I love Skyrim for the roleplaying and gameplay aspect, and Oblivion for the story. I remember the last mission of Oblivion I was on the edge of my seat!

I need to get a switch at some point, too!

My absolute favorite part of either game was the Thieves Guild in Oblivion. I thought the story and also the gameplay and equipment were the best.

I'm really interested in some of the more abstract games like Rime (and also the new Zelda game), so as soon as I have money basically I'm going to get one.

https://www.kingdomcomerpg.com Check this out: Kingdom Come: Deliverance. Set in Bohemia (modern day Czech Republic) in 1403. You play a blacksmith's son and are the sole survivor of your family's massacre. It has the most realistic European combat. Also, everything you do affects everyone else, your deeds spread by word of mouth. Also, armor and clothing wear over time and foodstuffs spoil and perish after a while. See for yourself, if you want. Although you just said you are interested in more abstract games, I just really want to spread news of this awesome game in development.

(I really want the new Zelda!!)
