In my research on the Dwarvish City of Belegost or Gabilgathol, I have repeatedly found people saying Belegost wasn’t destroyed. They part of the unfinished tales where he mentions there were dwarves still in Ered Luin. WELL OF COURSE THERE ARE. There was Forbelegost, and several others. It’s just stupid. Belegost and Nogrod were destroyed from the earthquake. People also say how “the dwarves didn’t leave to go to Moria for 40 years. Yeah oh course they didn’t. There was Forbelegost in the north and Harbelegost in the south. They were living in ruins. They were living in new dwarvish halls!
