I guess the Shadow Host is the army of the Dead that Aragorn summons when he takes the Paths of the dead. The Lord of the White Tree may be Aragorn himself, since the white tree with the seven stars are his symbol.

The Lord of the White Tree could be a number of people: there were White Trees in Valinor, Gondolin, Númenór and Minas Anor. In each case the possible 'Lords' could have been: Oromë, as he was called Aldaron; probably Turgon; any of the Kings of Westernesse, but as Tar-Minyatur the first King this might have meant Elros; this, I think, does indeed point to Aragorn, or to the House of Elendil.
