could i please have the translation of the word "brother" into tengwar please??? and does anyone know of a website where i can find out how to write in elvish in teh way it is written on the one ring???? thanks so much!!!

Others need to reply on the websites and the Elven word for brother. You could also look in the search option of this site, I guess there are several threads on this.
But I can tell you that the words on the One Ring weren't elvish. The letters looked that way, but the words were in the Black Speech. You don't want to write in that foul language.;)

if you want to know how to write the Tengwar look in Appendix E in the back of The Return of the King.
